Availability of products
To find out if a product is available, ask your favourite dealer. If they don't have it in stock, they can order it for you.
If the product is not in stock at Dyon, an additional delay will apply.
No, Dyon does not sell its products directly.
We work with dealers carefully selected for their experience and advice.
Dy’on has a lifetime warranty the zip and snaps of your chaps to extend their lifetime as much as possible.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from, except if you go through a retailer.
I cannot currently bring my chaps in a retailer shop :

It is possible to increase or decrease the circumference of your chaps by a maximum of 2.5 cm.

We repair your chaps in our workshop at low prices so that you can keep your chaps as long as possible.

Dy’on gibt eine lebenslange Garantie auf Herstellungsfehler und die verwendeten Ausgangsmaterialien.
Wenn Sie einen Fehler feststellen, bringen Sie den Artikel bitte dorthin zurück, wo Sie ihn gekauft haben oder zu einem anderen unserer registrierten Händler.
Die Kosten für Ein- und Rücksendung gehen zu Ihren Lasten, es sei denn, Sie gehen über einen Händler.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen führen wir keine Reparaturen an Zaumzeugen etc. aus, aber es ist jederzeit möglich, einzelne Teile bei einem unserer Händler nachzukaufen.
Sie können bis auf wenige Ausnahmen alle unsere Teile auch einzeln bestellen (über Ihren Dy’on-Händler).
