Dy’on has a lifetime warranty the zip and snaps of your chaps to extend their lifetime as much as possible.

Chaps

It is possible to increase or decrease the circumference of your chaps by a maximum of 2.5 cm.

Dy’on has a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing and raw material flaws.

If you find a defect, you must take it back to the place where you bought it or at one of our other dealers.

Briderie Basic Questions

Dy’on Working leather items are covered by a one-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.

The warranty lapses one year after the date of purchase, but it is always possible to buy some separate replacement parts.

You can order all our spare parts (with a few exceptions) from your Dyon dealer.
