Warranty on chaps
Half-Chaps et Long Chaps
Zips and snaps are guaranteed for life, excluding shipping costs. All other repairs are flat-rate at minimal cost.
The zips are guaranteed for 1 year (with receipt).
For all other repairs and/or after 1 year (for zips), a flat rate of 17€ applies.
Bespoke, special and customized chaps
Bespoke, special and customized chaps may not be exchanged.
The chaps must be tried on within 15 days after receipt. If the chaps are not correctly adjusted, a request must be sent to your reseller (within 15 days after receipt).
Warranty on bridle
Premium collections’ leather
Dy’on has a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing and raw material flaws.
For safety reasons, we do not repair bridles, but it is always possible to buy separate replacement parts (see the spare parts catalogue).
Basic collections’ leather
Dy’on Working leather items are covered by a one-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.
Warranty on Techwear
Dy’on offers a 1-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.
After that period, we will no longer exchange defective items.
