We offer a guarantee on all Dy'on items. Our products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects and abnormal wear and tear of the raw materials.

Warranty on chaps - Important update

Are your chaps damaged ? You've come to the right place.

We would like to inform you that we no longer offer repair services for chaps.

However, we have an exclusive offer for you ! You can now return your used pairs of chaps and benefit from an exceptional 50% discount on the purchase of a new pair.
If you plan to return your chaps, please include a piece of paper with your full contact details (address, e-mail address and telephone number). Don't forget to indicate the model, color and size of the chaps you'd like to receive in exchange. If you wish to change your model, please specify this clearly.

In addition, please note that we are currently unable to provide customization and made-to-measure services. Due to the current high demand in our workshop, this measure enables us to guarantee the consistent quality of our products and services.

Premium collections’ leather

Premium collections (D Collection, New English Collection, Dressage Collections, Hunter Collection, Icelandic Collection) are made in Dy’on leather.

Dy’on has a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing and raw material flaws.

For safety reasons, we do not repair bridles, but it is always possible to buy separate replacement parts (see the spare parts catalogue).

Basic collections’ leather

Basic collections (Working by Dy’on, La Cense by Dy’on ) are made in water buffalo leather.

Dy’on Working leather items are covered by a one-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.

Warranty on Techwear


Dy’on offers a 1-year warranty (upon presentation of the receipt) on manufacturing and raw material flaws.

After that period, we will no longer exchange defective items.
